A fifth of Science Degree Project, a project school more fun than a parent and child can do together. Here are a couple of really good science project ideas that our family has done. The projects are easy to do but meet the requirements of most science fairs, and most of fifth grade teacher. Check the ideas, and find out how to get step by step instructions at the end of this article.

orIt is the shape of ice affect melting time? Use the same amount of water, place in different shaped containers and freeze. Then see how long each piece takes the ice to melt.
o What are the most toilet paper is biodegradable? Take samples of different types of toilet paper, and enjoy them until they fall apart. Run the sample through a sieve, and see that most of the test card can be resolved.
What is the most citrus or vitamin C? Prepare a solution with iodine indicatorand the strength to see (it's easy to do!), and samples of citrus fruit or juice, rather than vitamin C.
Which brand of cereal or a longer stay? Weigh different brands of the same wheat, soak in water and then weighed again to see which absorbs more water.

or Demonstrate how chemical reactions can be accelerated. Put Alka Seltzer in a glass, and watch FIZ. Then do it again with the crushed Alka Seltzer, other times with hot water, and another time with two Alka Seltzer.
